Alexion is seeking an Associate Director for GHEOR Analytics to lead HEOR studies and real-world evidence initiatives. You will program in R and Python (SAS as needed) to analyze large datasets, describe disease burden, and inform payer and provider decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in biostatistics/data science, strong communication, and collaboration with Biostatistics to advance clinical development and evidence generation.

Formación

• 5+ years in data sciences/biostatistics with analytical programming in R, Python, SAS in biopharma.
• Expertise in GLMs, multivariate regression, nonparametric methods, Bayesian inference.
• Knowledge of real-world databases and large EMR/claims data is preferred.
• Experience with big data, ML, and AI models.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and implements HEOR studies to support value propositions and reimbursement needs.
• Manages analytics consultants and oversees study conduct and results.
• Provides statistical guidance and interprets analysis outcomes.
• Acts as a real-world data expert and sources data to inform evidence.
• Supports publication planning and strategic data generation.
