Nextpower Inc in Madrid is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive industrialization, ramp, and continuous improvement of power electronics products, including inverters, transformers, and switchgear. You will align CM partners, oversee process development, and implement Lean manufacturing to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in power electronics or related fields, with NPI, production ramp, and DFMEA/PFMEA

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience with NPI, production ramp, and manufacturing scale-up.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, root cause analysis, and process improvement methods.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering contact for contract manufacturers and supplier partners.
Drive manufacturing readiness and operational execution at CM sites for power electronics assembly and testing.
Improve safety, quality, throughput, traceability, and process repeatability.
Lead DFMEA/PFMEA reviews, process audits, and lean improvements across lines.
Establish KPIs like throughput, cycle time, and bottleneck analysis; support capacity planning.
