• Strong facilitation, organizational, and change management skills.
• Passion for data-driven culture and responsible AI adoption.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and community activities.
• Monitor governance maturity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act as an advocate for stewardship and data culture initiatives across Symrise.

Senior Manager - Data & AI Stewards Community, you will lead and strengthen our enterprise-wide Data & AI Steward community across all business domains. You will foster engagement, drive governance adoption, and build strong collaboration networks that enable impactful and responsible use of data and AI across the organization. This role combines community leadership, change management, and governance expertise to help shape Symrise's data-driven future.
