Symrise in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own procurement digital products across the full lifecycle, from vision to delivery and value realization. Based in our Data & AI Hub in Barcelona, you will translate procurement needs into scalable digital solutions and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality.

• 5+ years of procurement digitalization or S2P experience.
• Strong product and project management skills with understanding of procurement processes.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or SAP MM/SRM and digital transformation initiatives.

• Define the product vision and roadmap, translating Procurement needs into a prioritized backlog.
• Drive procurement digitalization and innovation initiatives across sourcing tools, supplier portals, automation, and analytics.
• Act as the interface between Procurement and IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions across Source-to-Pay processes.
• Ensure supplier data consistency, process standardization, and system integration across the tech landscape.
• Lead global implementations and support user adoption and value realization.
• Define and track key Procurement KPIs such as savings, cycle time, supplier performance, and compliance.

Your role

The Digital Product Manager (DPM) sits within IT and is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of digital products across Procurement. In this global role, you will drive digitalization and innovation across sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing processes, ensuring that solutions are business-driven, scalable, and well integrated within the IT landscape.

Acting as the key interface between Procurement and IT, you will translate business needs into digital solutions, manage the product roadmap and delivery, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, standardization, data quality, and value across the source-to-pay process.

About you

You have a strong background in procurement digitalization, vendor management, sourcing tools, or Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

You combine strong product and project management skills with a good understanding of procurement processes and technology. You have experience working with procurement solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP MM/SRM, or similar platforms, and have been involved in digital transformation or innovation initiatives within Procurement.

You are able to bridge business and IT, translating procurement requirements into scalable solutions while understanding integration, data, and enterprise architecture considerations. You are also comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment and collaborating with stakeholders across Procurement, IT, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own procurement digital products across their full lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define the product vision and roadmap, translating Procurement needs into a prioritized backlog and actionable requirements.
• Drive procurement digitalization and innovation initiatives, including sourcing tools, supplier portals, automation, and analytics.
• Act as the primary interface between Procurement and IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions across the Source-to-Pay process.
• Ensure supplier data consistency, process standardization, and effective system integration across the technology landscape.
• Lead global implementations and support user adoption and value realization.
• Define and track key Procurement KPIs, including savings, cycle time, supplier performance, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve Procurement processes through technology, automation, and digital innovation.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure digital products continue to meet evolving business needs.
