Picsart is the world's largest digital creation platform and a top 20 app. We seek a senior Partnerships Director to scale our creator/agency network, own partnerships, track results, and drive decisions on what to grow or end.

You will lead a small team, automate outreach, and coordinate with Finance, Legal and Data to maximize value across markets. This is a Full-time Contractor role (12 months) based in Madrid, with responsibility for global creator partnerships and revenue growth.

• A head for numbers and cost per paying user.
• Judgment to distinguish real results from isolated success.
• Negotiation that closes terms, exclusivity and data rights.
• A way of working that uses tools over headcount.
• Experience across markets is a big plus.
• Great communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Find and sign partners across markets and drive scale.
• Get agreements done—terms, exclusivity, data access and payment.
• Get campaigns published on time in all markets.
• Track partner performance in dashboards built to spec.
• Decide which partnerships to grow, hold or end.
• Grow revenue and usage from influencer and affiliate programs.
• Build Picsart's own creator base with agency partners.
