Job summary

Werfen Immunoassay is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead safe, reliable, and compliant industrial maintenance in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration, utilities, and technical documentation to ensure audits and business continuity.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership across engineering, QA, and operations, and a proactive approach to safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in maintenance, hard facilities, utilities or engineering management.
• Experience leading technical teams and setting priorities.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance and facility systems.
• Fluent in Spanish or Catalan, with advanced English for technical documentation.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO 13485-oriented practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration, and utilities.
• Manage budget control and resource optimization.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA and Compliance for upgrades and audits.
• Lead contractor management and performance monitoring.
• Maintain technical and legal documentation, drawings and schematics.
