The role requires strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration with production and engineering, and a strong focus on escalation management and process evolution within a dynamic gaming environment.

Formación

• Proven experience leading regional QA teams in a multinational setting.
• Strong background in localization QA and vendor management.
• Track record of improving QA processes and test coverage across languages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a regional LQA organization, including people managers and vendors.
• Mentor direct reports to ensure development, retention, and high performance.
• Align staffing, tooling needs, and budgets with departmental OKRs and release schedules.
