Job summary

Aresbank is seeking a Senior Control Risk Analyst to strengthen liquidity risk and structural balance sheet oversight. You will independently monitor liquidity, evaluate key metrics, and ensure robust governance under the Second Line of Defense.

You will contribute to policy development, regulatory interactions, and reporting to ALCO and the Board, working with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Internal Audit to maintain sound risk governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Experience in financial risk management, preferably liquidity risk/ALM/structural balance sheet risk.
• Certifications such as FRM or CFA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor liquidity position under normal and stressed conditions.
• Assess reliability of regulatory/management metrics (LCR, NSFR, EVE, NII).
• Analyze funding concentration and liquidity gaps across horizons.
• Ensure compliance with RAF limits and monitor early warning indicators.
