Revolut in Spain is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead the EU liquidity reporting function. You will oversee EBA liquidity returns and convert complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable specifications.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Risk and Legal to evaluate product structuring, ensure data integrity, and drive weekly submissions across LCR, NSFR, ALMM and AE. Strong SQL and BRD skills are essential.

Formación

• 9+ years of experience in EU regulatory reporting or regulatory policy.
• Strong knowledge of CRR text and the LCR Delegated Act.
• Experience producing, auditing, or configuring EBA returns and weekly submissions.
• Deep understanding of bank balance sheet mechanics, derivative collateralisation, and HQLA eligibility.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to draft BRDs.
• Excellent communication to explain regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical authority on LCR Delegated Regulation, CRR, and EBA standards.
• Review EBA Q&As and supervisory guidance to assess balance sheet impacts and drive policy alignment.
• Translating legal texts into precise functional specifications and calculation engine logic across liquidity products.
• Managing the technical classification, data integrity, and end-to-end production of EBA liquidity returns (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, and AE).
• Directing the technical validation and weekly submission of short-term and joint liquidity templates.
• Analysing short-term liquidity stress and cash-flow mismatches for senior stakeholders.
• Partnering with Treasury, Risk, and Legal teams to evaluate product structuring and collateral eligibility.
