Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) seeks a Senior Technical Architect specialized in Life Sciences to own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.

You will lead designs for large pharma, biotech and medtech programs, including Veeva coexistence and data migration. You will collaborate with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, set technical direction, and drive architectural excellence while mentoring junior architects

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in consulting or professional services.
3+ years in an architect role leading the technical design of large, multi-cloud programs.
Proven Life Sciences experience delivering with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud / Health Cloud and/or Veeva Systems.
Deep understanding of Life Sciences processes: HCP/HCO engagement, omnichannel, samples, consent management, MLR/approved content.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus for Iberia).
Salesforce certifications: Application Architect and/or System Architect; CTA valued.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for large Life Sciences programs (multi-cloud, multi-workstream).
Define target-state architectures for Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva coexistence, migration or replacement.
Set architecture standards; lead reviews and defend design decisions.
Mitigate technical risk early; act as final escalation point.
Ensure designs meet regulatory/compliance expectations (GxP, CSV/11, GDPR).
Mentor and grow architects and consultants in the practice.
