Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Life Sciences. Lead end-to-end architecture across Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce, including Veeva coexistence and data migration.

You will guide CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, set standards, and drive AI-assisted delivery with strong governance and security posture. The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce, 3+ years in architecture, and deep Life Sciences knowledge.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in consulting or professional services, with 3+ years in an architect role
Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial and medical processes: HCP/HCO engagement, omnichannel, consent management
Strong engineering background: Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations, and fluency in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript

Responsibilities

Architect & Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large multi-cloud Life Sciences programs
Define target-state architectures for Life Sciences Cloud and coexistence with Veeva
Review boards, govern architecture standards, and lead technical design decisions
Design enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce and life sciences ecosystem
Lead tech discovery workshops and produce architecture artefacts
Mentor and coach Technical Architects and Consultants
