Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager in Iberia to own end-to-end delivery of large Life Sciences programs. You’ll lead multi‑cloud, multi‑workstream projects built on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce, from discovery to go-live and hypercare.

You’ll manage scope, timelines, budget and customer satisfaction, partner with Sales, drive risk and governance, and mentor other delivery leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or program management.
• 3+ years delivering complex technology implementations (Salesforce preferred).
• Life Sciences domain experience with pharma/biotech/medtech.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large Life Sciences programs across multi-cloud workstreams.
• Own project governance, budgets, scope, and timelines; ensure CSAT and quality targets.
• Coordinate data migration, coexistence, and migration plans (Veeva-to-Salesforce).
• Partner with Sales/pre-sales to shape opportunities and risk-de-risk plans.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and Delivery Leads; drive adoption of AI tools.
• Maintain senior client relationships and drive delivery excellence.
