Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager for Iberia to own end-to-end delivery of Life Sciences programs built on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and quality across complex pharma, biotech and medtech initiatives.

You will collaborate with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, align with the delivery team, and drive governance, risk management and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large multi-cloud Life Sciences programs from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Lead the project team, form the team, establish communication channels, and provide direction and motivation throughout the engagement.
• Build and lead project plans; supervise progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead Veeva-to-Salesforce coexistence, migration and replacement programs, coordinating data migration, cutover and parallel-run strategies with the delivery team.
• Perform project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, gates and governance.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles; act as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
