Job summary

BASE life science in Madrid seeks a Manager - Business Advisory and Project Management to lead cross-functional teams, translate client needs into technical plans, and deliver strategic solutions across the life sciences value chain.

You will own large-scale projects, manage budgets and risks, develop proposals, and grow existing and new business opportunities while contributing to internal initiatives and training. This position is offered in Denmark and Spain.

Qualifications

5+ years as technical project/program manager in life sciences (Regulatory/Clinical/QA/GxP)
Successful track record managing technically complex projects (software, IT systems, data migrations)
Experience leading technical teams and delivering data-driven projects/programs
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project) and Agile (SAFe)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop responses to Requests for Proposals (RfPs) with scope, timelines and budgets
Monitor project/program status, milestones, risks and budgets
Act as delivery escalation point with clear action plans
Create tailored client/exec communications and status reports
Lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into executable plans
Ensure costs, timelines and quality stay on track
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful life sciences projects
