You will partner with SMEs, define outcomes, craft engaging e-learning, produce multimedia assets, and design assessments to support certification and continuous improvement.

You will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from initial consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), through the export of polished digital assets, to the ongoing assessment and improvement of courses.### **Expectations and Tasks:*** **Training Course Definition:** Collaborate with SMEs to define outcome-based learning objectives, develop comprehensive training specifications and supporting documentation.* **Content Authoring:** Build interactive e-learning courses using industry standard authoring tools, designing to manage cognitive load and modern accessibility considerations while respecting adult learning theory and design thinking.* **Multimedia Production:** Create and edit visual assets, develop motion graphics/animations, produce narration scripts and perform video editing to enhance engagement.* **Assessment Design (formative and summative):** Support continuous course improvement and formal certification strategies.### **Who you are:**You are a versatile learning professional who is comfortable with the definition, design and production of learning programs. You bring a high level of curiosity to your work and a positive attitude to mastering new technologies. You are a creative problem-solver who maintains a sharp focus on detail without losing sight of the big picture. As a confident communicator you can translate complex technical concepts and information into engaging narratives while building meaningful rapport with SMEs across the organization.
