Ivoclar EMEA seeks an experienced Content Manager to join its global education team in Madrid. You will shape and govern learning content, ensure quality and compliance, and drive digital transformation across formats and platforms.

You will coordinate with Education Experts, Product Management, and Marketing to align content with product launches and global standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dentistry or Dental Technology.
• 5+ years in educational content creation, instructional design, or content management.
• Strong knowledge of dental workflows, Ivoclar products, and clinical/technical education.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, content authoring tools, LMS structures, and multimedia production.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
• Experience working in global or cross‑functional team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and exceptional quality orientation.
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a global matrix environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle complex information and manage priorities effectively.
• High degree of flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit and hands‑on mentality.
• Teamplayer and cooperative mindset.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2) and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of the global content strategy and governance frameworks.
• Ensure that global learning content reflects Ivoclar’s educational standards, brand identity, and scientific accuracy.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of learning content through modern formats (microlearning, blended learning, multimedia).
• Align content creation activities with global product workflows and commercial priorities. Lead planning, production, review, approval, and publishing workflows for global learning content.
• Develop, update, and maintain global learning materials, including blueprints, presentations, manuals, e‑learning modules, videos, workbooks, and assessments.
• Coordinate content creation workflows with Global Education Experts, Trainers, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Manage content repositories, metadata structures, documentation, and publishing pipelines (LMS, CRM, portals).
• Ensure correct versioning, quality control, and compliance with global content standards.
• Organize translation and localization processes in collaboration with regional academies or external agencies.
• Prepare educational content packages for global product launches.
• Support internal stakeholders with content templates, guidelines, and tools.
• Coordinate content specialists or freelancers involved in content production.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment with regional content owners to ensure global consistency.
• Represent Global Content Management in cross-functional working groups.
• Implementation and fulfillment of the safety manual’s requirements.
• Implementation and fulfillment of the personnel handbook’s requirements.
• Implementation and fulfillment of the regulatory requirements.
• Acts as a role model in accordance with the Corporate Values of the Ivoclar Group.
