Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in employment law or labour relations.
• Experience advising on Spanish employment law matters within a multinational company or similar complex environment.
• Native/fluent Spanish as well as fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on individual and collective labour relations matters.
• Support interactions, participate in consultations and negotiations with employee representatives.
• Advise on disciplinary actions, employee grievances, workplace investigations and other sensitive employee relations matters.
• Draft and review employment-related communications, including disciplinary actions, terminations and responses to employee representative bodies.
• Support organizational changes and workforce management initiatives from an employment law perspective.
• Manage labour litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel; monitor inspections and administrative proceedings.
