Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Spain seeks an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to join the Labour Relations team in a hybrid role, working on-site 2–3 days per week. You will provide expert employment law advice and manage both individual and collective labour matters across the business.

Reporting to the Labour Relations Manager, you will collaborate with HR Partners, managers, and external counsel to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Law degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience in employment law or labour relations.
• Experience advising on Spanish employment law matters within multinational company or similarly complex environment.
• Experience managing labour litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Experience dealing with labour inspections and regulatory authorities.
• Native/fluent Spanish as well as fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on individual and collective labour relations matters.
• Deliver practical and business-oriented legal advice on Spanish employment law and regulatory changes.
• Manage labour litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
