Miratech is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and operate production-grade Kubernetes platforms and CI/CD pipelines. You will implement GitOps workflows, automate infrastructure, and collaborate across security, software, and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering across cloud infrastructure (AWS), Kubernetes, and observability, with a focus on production reliability and reproducible deployments.

Formación

• Proven Kubernetes production experience.
• Experience with GitOps workflows (Flux/Argo CD).
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Kubernetes deployments, ingress, config maps, secrets, RBAC, probes, HPA, storage.
• AWS cloud experience including EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, RDS, CloudWatch.
• IaC with Terraform or similar.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic, Better Stack.
• Strong Linux networking and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written communication for runbooks and docs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, Helm/Kustomize overlays, and deployment patterns.
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux or Argo CD.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute and storage.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS and hybrid environments.
• Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform or similar.
• Collaborate with security teams on container and supply-chain security.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations.
