Miratech is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms. You will build and maintain workloads, Helm/Kustomize, and GitOps workflows using Flux/Argo CD. You will collaborate across teams to enhance CI/CD, security, and reliability in cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have strong Linux, networking, and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go) and hands-on AWS/EKS experience. This role offers global impact and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, manifests, Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and deployment patterns.
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux, Argo CD, or similar tools.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure application delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, and application layers.
• Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid environments.
• Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to improve container, cluster, secrets, and supply-chain security.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.
