Zoomlion is seeking a seasoned Key Account Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts for Aerial Work Platforms. You will identify and manage key accounts across rental companies, construction enterprises, and industrial clients, while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in AWP, OEM background, and established German market connections. You will negotiate contracts and coordinate with after-sales teams to ensure top-tier service and growth.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry.
• Proven experience working for an AWP manufacturer (OEM background required).
• Strong, well-established relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany.
• In-depth understanding of fleet sales, rental business models, and key account management.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets within the AWP sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• English as a working language is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for aerial work platforms (AWP) to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to HQ and product teams.
• Collaborate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.
