Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group in Getafe, Madrid, is seeking a dynamic IT Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and security across Microsoft 365, servers, and networks. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage deployments, and coordinate with teams to ensure reliable services.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, strong Microsoft 365 and Windows Server expertise, plus networking and security experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support and infrastructure operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and device management.
Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Networking experience with switches, VLANs, and firewall systems.
Experience with Sophos Firewall and Microsoft Defender or similar security tools.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced Level 1 and 2 support across end-user hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Oversee device lifecycle management (laptops/desktops), imaging, and deployment processes.
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure AD.
Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Configure and support network equipment, manage firewall systems, and monitor security.
