Eraneos is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager based in Spain to lead complex IT initiatives in international industrial environments. You will own end-to-end delivery, working with business, IT, vendors and global teams to translate complex ideas into structured, successful outcomes.

This hands-on PM role requires strong delivery discipline and a consulting mindset, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and delivering clarity across cultures and geographies.

• Lead IT projects end-to-end from initiation to closure.
• Own scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Establish effective project governance including planning, financial tracking, RAID and reporting.
• Lead application and system integration initiatives with testing and handover.
• Anticipate issues, manage escalations and drive clear decisions.
• Lead cross-functional and distributed/offshore teams and vendors across cultures and geographies.
• Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and decision-oriented communication.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact IT initiatives in international industrial and manufacturing environments.

You will take end-to-end ownership of projects, working across business, IT, vendors and international teams to turn complex initiatives into structured, successful delivery.

This is a hands-on Project Management role for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with a consulting mindset: comfortable driving decisions, engaging senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex environments.

What You Will Do

• Lead IT projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through deployment, transition to BAU and closure
• Own scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes
• Establish effective project governance, including planning, financial tracking, RAID and management reporting
• Lead application and system integration initiatives, including testing, deployment and operational handover
• Anticipate issues, manage escalations and drive decisions with clear options and recommendations
• Lead cross-functional and distributed/offshore teams and vendors, working effectively across cultures and geographies
• Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and providing clear, decision-oriented communication

• You bring structure and momentum to complex IT delivery. Projects are under control, risks and dependencies are visible, decisions happen at the right time, and teams and vendors have clear accountability.
• Just as importantly, you are comfortable operating as a trusted counterpart to senior stakeholders, combining strong IT Project Management with consulting capability and industrial understanding.
