Atradius Madrid is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support delivery of international IT and business transformation projects. You will assist with planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication under senior PM guidance.

The role offers exposure to cross‑functional teams within an international business and IT environment, with opportunities to grow PM skills and certifications. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years in project management or support roles.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and related tools.
• Proficiency in English and advanced Spanish is recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination and execution of project activities under guidance of Senior PMs.
• Maintain project documentation: plans, logs, risks, issues and minutes.
• Monitor milestones, identify delays or risks, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and follow up on actions.
