Hcltech is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives and oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs across geographies.

The role focuses on defining plans, managing scope and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and reporting to senior leadership with transparent progress updates.

Formación

• 8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is highly preferred.
• Fluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
