Hcltech seeks an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives within our organization. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals across geographies.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, managing scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders; coordinating cross-functional teams; and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Formación

• 8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in business English and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Facilitate communication and coordination between multi-functional teams across various countries
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology
• Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, or ERP implementations is highly preferred
• Fluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within retail or travel sectors with a focus on digital transformation
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
