Biorce in Barcelona is seeking a Project Manager - Technology Projects to drive execution across SaaS products and internal tech initiatives. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear, actionable plans.

You will work with Engineering, Product, Design and Research teams to ensure well-defined, coordinated, and efficient delivery. Hybrid work model in Barcelona supports collaboration and flexibility.

Formación

• 2.5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar technical role.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LLM/AI product development.
• Experience in SaaS product development environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and product delivery.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong ability to structure information and ensure follow-up.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and AI Research teams.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, priorities and task boards.
• Organise standups, syncs, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Translate technical discussions into clear next steps and actions.
• Document decisions, changes and priorities across teams.
• Support release planning and internal communication on progress.
• Contribute to improving project structuring and tracking in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
