Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the plan across engineering areas, aligning timings with engineers and managing dependencies and risks. You’ll report to the Director of Technology & Service Engineering and coordinate with Operations, Product, and external suppliers.

You will drive a lightweight reporting cadence, help maintain our network roadmap milestones, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-scaling environment.

Formación

• Real experience planning and tracking a multi-project technical portfolio in an engineering organisation.
• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical environment.
• Evidence of driving commitments across teams without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own the departmental plan across engineering areas and keep it honest as reality moves.
• Track commitments between teams and external suppliers; manage external milestones.
• Own the portfolio risk picture and surface deviations early with recommendations.
• Run departmental reporting using existing data sources, avoiding manual duplication.
• Be the planning counterpart to Operations, Product, User Segment and Payload, plus suppliers.
