Descripción de la vacante

Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, seeks a Senior IT Program Manager to establish and maintain a portfolio view across all software initiatives. You will challenge realism of plans, forecast timelines, and provide clear visibility to the CTO and Senior Manager of Infrastructure & Software Engineering through Jira, Confluence, and dashboards.

The role emphasizes portfolio governance and executive reporting rather than owning every delivery, with selective direct PM/PO responsibility

Formación

Senior level experience leading complex software programs and portfolios.
Strong technical foundation across the software development lifecycle and full stack systems.
Advanced working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace.
Excellent stakeholder leadership and executive reporting.

Responsabilidades

Establish and maintain a company-wide software inventory and portfolio view.
Create portfolio-level control across multiple initiatives with milestones and dependencies.
Validate plans with Software Engineering Manager to challenge estimates and resource gaps.
Provide portfolio reporting to CTO and Senior Manager through dashboards and maps.
Adapt involvement level per initiative, taking direct PM/PO responsibility as needed.
