Grafana Labs is seeking a Mobile SDK Engineer to build and maintain the iOS instrumentation SDKs (Swift/Obj-C) and contribute to OpenTelemetry integrations. You will own features end-to-end, optimize startup and memory performance, and collaborate with backend, frontend, and solutions engineering to deliver cohesive observability.

As a fully remote team, you’ll mentor teammates, review designs, and shape the mobile observability roadmap while thriving in a global, open-source culture.

Formación

• Strong iOS development experience with Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Experience building or maintaining mobile SDKs used by external developers.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry instrumentation and SDKs.
• Ability to optimize startup time, memory, and network usage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve mobile instrumentation SDKs for iOS (Swift / Obj-C); prioritize performance, stability, and developer experience.
• Design and ship SDK features such as session tracking, crash reporting, and OpenTelemetry integrations.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to delivery and feedback gathering.
• Break large problems into incremental MVPs and iterate quickly.
