Roca Group (Laufen) in Barcelona seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with top international studios, align brand identity with customer experience, and deliver high-profile showroom and corporate spaces.

The role requires 7+ years in architecture/interior design, strong SketchUp and Adobe skills, and fluency in Spanish/English. Travel nationally and internationally; hybrid working model offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in high-quality architecture and interior design projects.
• Experience managing complex projects from concept through execution and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and design interior environments for showrooms, trade fairs, corporate spaces, and flagship projects with international studios.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and project execution.
• Lead project implementation from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with design vision.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and design elements reflecting Roca and Laufen identities.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and technical teams across all project phases.
• Integrate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into every project.
• Prepare presentations, visual concepts, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Travel nationally and internationally as project activity demands.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design interior environments for showrooms, trade fairs, corporate spaces, and flagship projects in collaboration with leading international architecture studios.
• Partner closely with Architecture, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistency between brand identity, customer experience, and project execution.
• Lead project implementation from concept to completion, guaranteeing quality, timelines, and alignment with the original design vision.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and design elements that embody the identity and values of Roca and Laufen.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and technical teams throughout all project phases.
• Integrate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into every project.
• Prepare presentations, visual concepts, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel national and internationally depending on active projects.

Internal & External Relationships

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, and external partners, including prestigious international architecture studios, suppliers, and contractors.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in high-quality architecture and interior design projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing representative and complex projects from concept through execution.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of: SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of: Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

Fluent Spanish and English.
