Worley is seeking an Interface Manager in Madrid to oversee all interface activities during detail engineering and site execution. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage interface points, and ensure timely tie-ins and deliverables across brown-field and green-field projects.

Fluent English, a 4-year engineering degree, and 20+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical industries are expected, with significant GCC and international project experience.

Formación

• Must hold a 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven skills and experience in brown-field and green-field projects.
• Twenty years of relevant industry experience, including at least five years in international oil & gas or petrochemical projects and GCC exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage project interfaces between EPC contractor and company.
• Lead interface meetings and report progress weekly/monthly.
• Ensure timely completion of battery-limit tie-ins and related interfaces.
• Maintain interface point registers and databases for all disciplines.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and turnaround teams on interface activities.
• Monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and ensure timely execution.
