Worley, a global leader in energy, chemicals and resources, seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee FEED/EPC design and detailed engineering across projects in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate feasibility studies and techno-economic analyses, ensuring on-time delivery and aligned with project goals.

The role requires strong leadership, 20+ years in oil & gas, ADNOC/GCC experience, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• 20+ years in oil & gas, with 5+ years in mega projects.
• GCC/ADNOC experience and offshore/brownfield knowledge.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FEED/EPC design and detailed engineering for projects.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and techno-economic assessments.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Review critical documents and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and drive quality improvements.
• Contribute to lessons learned and project knowledge base.
