Worley is seeking an experienced professional to lead EPC/FEED contract administration for large Oil & Gas projects in Madrid. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee contract changes, and coordinate with Owner and PMC counterparts to ensure alignment with project plans and safety standards.

The role requires extensive offshore project exposure, FEED/EPC knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex projects within the oil & gas sector.

Formación

• Bachelor's in engineering with 15+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior role on major oil/gas projects leading teams.
• Experience in FEED/EPC, PMC, and offshore environments; ADNOC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champion project safety culture and compliance with policy.
• Lead EPC/FEED contract management and change control.
• Review contracts, baselines, requirements and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Owner and PMC teams to manage risks.
• Prepare and issue project administration reports monthly.
• Ensure close-out procedures and warranties compliance.
