SAMY Iberia is hiring an Account Supervisor to lead influencer campaigns, supervise a team of Specialists, and shape brand strategy across campaigns. You will use your extensive experience to provide strategic insights, manage client briefs, and drive innovation in social media activations.

The role requires a seasoned, analytical professional with deep understanding of influencer marketing, excellent problem-solving and people-management abilities, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 6-10 years of experience in influencer marketing and campaign strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of social advocacy and influencer trends.
• Proven leadership experience with mentoring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Campaign Development: create high-level strategic and creative proposals with clients and teams.
• Team Supervision: guide Specialists, support career plans and mentorship.
• Brand Strategy & Innovation: develop brand strategies and drive process improvements.
