Job summary

Publicis Groupe España is seeking an Influencer Specialist to drive strategic and creative influencer programmes. You will develop creator-led ideas, manage international campaigns, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results.

The role requires more than five years in influencer marketing, deep knowledge of social platforms, excellent communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Influencer Marketing with client management, proposal development, campaign activation, KPI tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, creator landscape, and digital culture.
• Strong client-oriented mindset.
• High level of English (C2).
• Proactive, organized, analytical with strong adaptability.
• Experience in developing strategic and creative client proposals.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and public speaking.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop influence strategies, creative approaches and commercial proposals for content creators and influencers, and presentation to clients.
• Turn client briefs into creator-led ideas and activation opportunities.
• Activate and manage campaigns with clients, creators and partners, ensuring strong execution from brief to delivery.
• Manage international projects and coordinate with teams and markets.
• Prepare and present monitoring reports, campaign wrap-ups and performance analyses.
• Identify opportunities and develop proactive proposals for brands.
• Stay close to digital culture, creator trends, emerging platforms and new behaviours, bringing relevant inspiration to the team.
