INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced HV Construction Manager to lead on-site HV infrastructure construction for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects based in Australia. You will oversee mobilization, energization, safety, schedule, and quality across substations and grid-connection works.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HV construction experience on large EPC projects.
• Proven track record delivering HV substations and grid connections.
• Strong knowledge of HV equipment and protection systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site construction activities related to HV infrastructure.
• Oversee HV substations, transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, protection systems, HV cables.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance per specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, client reps, utilities, and teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Review schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with methodologies, HSE, and standards.
• Support inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, energization, and handover.
