INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced HV Construction Manager to lead on-site HV infrastructure for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects. Based in Australia, you will direct mobilization, construction, energization, and handover with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality.
The role requires 8+ years in HV construction on large EPC projects, leadership, stakeholder management, and fluent English. International travel to Australia and New Zealand is expected.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of HV construction management experience.
- Experience delivering HV substations and grid connections.
- Strong leadership and safety focus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead on-site HV construction activities.
- Oversee HV substations, transformers, GIS/AIS, protection and control, HV cables and grid connections.
- Ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality compliance with standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, clients and stakeholders.
- Support testing, energization and project handover activities.
