INTEC Energy Solutions seeks a PV / BESS Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar PV and BESS EPC projects based in Australia & New Zealand. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence across geographically dispersed teams.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and extensive experience delivering large renewable energy projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in EPC construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering utility-scale solar PV projects; BESS experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution, construction methodologies, and commercial project management.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar PV and BESS EPC projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities between the Madrid office and New Zealand project sites.
• Manage construction activities through site teams, Construction Managers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, HSEQ, commercial, and commissioning teams for successful delivery.
• Review EPC contracts and technical docs to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
