AECOM is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to join our Madrid-based Rail Systems and SESA team. You will lead HF activities across the system lifecycle, ensuring usability, safety assurance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor junior staff, drive HF methodologies, and contribute to continuous improvement of HF capabilities within AECOM. Fluency in English and experience with rail standards are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Human Factors, including 5+ years in rail or other regulated environments.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HF activities across the full system lifecycle from concept to operation.
• Define HF design philosophies aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
• Act as technical lead on rail projects ensuring HF integration with standards (EN 50126, ISO 9241, RIS-7100).
• Produce HF integration plans, issue logs, and assessment reports; conduct Hierarchical Task Analysis.
