Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with HSE specialization.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in industrial, project, and service environments.
• Hands-on field exposure across greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience in EPC environments and electrical safety, installation, testing, commissioning.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Report HSE incidents and conduct root-cause investigations.
• Support ABB HSE requirements and applicable laws and standards.
• Develop and monitor HSE objectives, KPIs and improvement plans.
• Coordinate HSE activities across ABB units for alignment and execution.
• Deliver HSE training and promote safety culture.
