Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in O&M or PV/BESS projects.
• Technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery safety and high voltage systems.
• Experience with HSE hazard assessments and JHA/RCA.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the HSE management system across projects.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Coach teams and contractors to meet HSE objectives.
• Oversee CAE process and document control.
• Lead HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
