CAP INGELEC in Madrid seeks a Health and Safety Engineer to lead HSE on design and build industrial projects. You will deploy policies on construction sites, conduct audits, advise teams, interface with clients, authorities and subcontractors, and lead reporting. Fluency in Spanish and English and willingness to travel across Spain are essential.

An 60 hour occupational risk prevention course and 8 years' seniority are required.

• Advise teams on work execution per HSE standards and assess risks.
• Interface with clients, authorities and subcontractors; participate in site meetings.
• Lead HSE reporting with indicators and action plans.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the Group's Health & Safety policy on construction sites and ensure its consistency across projects.
• Conduct regular site audits, identify non-conformities, and define and monitor action plans.
• Advise operational teams on work execution in compliance with HSE standards, carry out field inspections, and assess risks.
• Act as the interface with clients, authorities, and subcontractors, and participate in site meetings to support the teams.
• Lead HSE reporting (indicators, activity reports, action plans, etc.).
• Promote a positive safety culture.
