China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A in Madrid seeks a Safety & Environment Manager to lead the HSE function across Spanish operations, implementing systems in line with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

The role oversees risk management, incident investigations, audits, and ESG reporting, while engaging with internal stakeholders and external regulators to foster a strong safety culture.

Formación

• 8-10 years in QHSE with leadership experience in renewables.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Spanish TPRL qualification preferred covering multiple specialties.
• Native Spanish language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HSE department across Spanish operations and align with corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish OSH law and Royal Decrees relevant to renewables.
• Direct incident investigations, audits, CAPAs, and risk assessments.
• Drive ESG reporting, carbon footprint tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
