China Three Gorges Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel (M&A Focus) to join the Legal & Compliance Department in Madrid. The role covers management of M&A transactions, corporate matters, contract reviews, and cross‑functional legal support across finance, HR, operations, and development.

Requirements include a Law degree, 4+ years in M&A/corporate counsel, and advanced English and Spanish language skills. Renewable energy sector experience is a plus, with an emphasis on proactive risk management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 4+ years of M&A and corporate counsel work.
• English Advanced level (C1-C2).
• Spanish Advanced level (C1-C2/Native).
• Desirable Master's or specialization in renewable energy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage M&A transactions and corporate matters.
• Review contracts and related documents in the energy sector.
• Identify legal risks and coordinate with external counsel.
• Provide legal support to finance, HR, operations, and development teams.
• Guide daily corporate issues within the department.
