Jobtailor in Madrid seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead and coordinate Health & Safety and Environmental Management activities across multiple sites.

You will drive compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, collaborate with international teams, and travel as needed. English language proficiency is mandatory for effective communication.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 integrated systems.
• Experience in corporate, multi-site, international environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Health & Safety and Environmental Management System development and alignment with GV standards.
• Act as main contact for HSE activities and implement across business units.
• Ensure compliance with legal and voluntary requirements and audit plans.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to promote best practices.
• Coordinate visits/audits to operational sites.
• Support HSE projects and continuous improvement across units (training, incidents, non-conformities, metrics).

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Health & Safety and Environmental Management System and GV Corporate standards, while guaranteeing coordination with local environmental teams from different companies, and other interested parties or internal areas whenever necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for HSE activities and support the implementation of HSE Management Systems across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable legal requirements and other voluntary requirements, corrective and preventive programs and International Audit Plans.
• Engage with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
• Ensure the execution of visits/audits to the Business Units’ operational sites.
• Support the different health and safety activities and projects to ensure continuous improvement across different business units (training, work incidents, managing non-conformities, audits, HSE metrics, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience in the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy.
• Previous experience in Health and Safety & area in a corporate and multi-site and international environment (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated management systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), either within a company’s own management system or as a consultant.
• Professional training in Health and Safety minimum level VI (preferred).
• Able to inspire, support and oversight the international teams.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and resilient to cope with difficult situations.
• Driving license and availability to national and international travel.
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
