CTGE is seeking a Safety & Environment Specialist to lead risk management for wind and solar PV assets in the Murcia region. You will support site teams, coordinate inspections, and help maintain ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 systems, ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations.

The role requires a degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Energy engineering, PRL certifications in Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics, fluent Spanish, and preferably English.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy on-site safety management.
• Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, HSE.
• PRL certifications in Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology.
• Spanish native or C2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance to site teams and contractors to enhance risk assessment and safe operations.
• Coordinate SEO/HSE inspections across portfolios ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Support ISO 45001/14001/9001 maintenance and audits.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contractors, collect ESG metrics, and monitor environmental impact requirements.
