China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A. seeks a Safety & Environment Specialist to lead the SEO Department in the Murcia region. The role focuses on technical guidance, regulatory compliance, and risk control for wind and solar projects.

You will support site teams, coordinate inspections, manage QHSE metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement across ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 systems. Fluency in Spanish and strong HSE certifications are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record in on-site safety management for Wind and Solar PV assets.
• Certifications (PRL) in Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology.
• Spanish Native/C2 Level.
• University Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors to enhance risk-assessment capabilities and ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of SEO/HSE inspections across portfolios to meet legal and corporate standards.
• Track and report KPIs for the department to support continuous improvement of the preventive culture.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks, technical reports, or specific projects assigned by management.
