Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience as HR Business Partner to senior executives.
• Experience in Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation functions.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments with complex stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to link people strategy to business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives within Global Quality and Global Strategy.
• Align people priorities with business objectives and enterprise goals.
• Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives for major programs.
• Provide executive coaching and leadership development support.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership assessment.
• Lead workforce planning and capability building to support strategy.
• Foster culture, engagement, and change leadership across the organization.
• Advise on employee relations, risk, governance, and compliance with Legal/HR teams.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and measure effectiveness.
