Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Projects & Change Manager to support a strategic HR technology rollout across multiple European markets. The role combines disciplined project delivery with practical change management, collaborating with regional HR, Total Rewards, country teams and an external technology partner.

The candidate will lead multi-country implementations, manage stakeholders, governance, and risk while driving adoption and benefits realization across markets.

Formación

• At least five years' project or programme management experience.
• Experience delivering complex regional or multi-country projects.
• Strong external-vendor management experience.
• Hands-on change-management and stakeholder-adoption capability.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective risk-management capability.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams.
• HR technology, employee benefits or Total Rewards experience would be advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in Europe and flexibility to travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the planning and delivery of multi-country implementations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and implementation readiness.
• Maintain effective governance, reporting and project documentation.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and escalations.
• Develop stakeholder-engagement and change-management plans.
• Support workshops, communications, training and user adoption.
• Measure project effectiveness and support benefits realisation.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
